My greatest classroom has been people
My education in the human mind did not begin in a classroom. It began at seven, when I lost my mother. Growing up in difficult circumstances, I entered the workforce while still in school — and those early responsibilities became my first teacher. Long before any degree, I was watching how people carry loss, pressure and hope, and asking why we think, feel and behave the way we do.
That question shaped more than two decades of work. I built a career in sales, customer psychology, learning and development, and leadership training — working with clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and India. By twenty-one I was already training professionals in communication, leadership and emotional intelligence.
Entrepreneurship taught me the harder lessons. I have known business failure, legal disputes, and debt beyond ₹1.5 crore — and the fear, uncertainty and slow recovery that come with them. When I sit with someone in the most difficult phase of their life, I am not working from a textbook. I have stood where they stand.
Alongside the lived experience came the formal foundation: a Master’s degree in Psychology. Then, in 2022, meditation and the teachings of the Brahma Kumaris opened a deeper enquiry into consciousness, karma and inner transformation — and led me to integrate psychology, hypnosis and Past Life Regression into a single practice. Since then I have personally facilitated more than 500 regression sessions, and shared over 300 case studies and discussions freely on YouTube, where a community of more than a hundred thousand people follows the work.
