A Life of Comfort, Yet a Soul in Distress
Many people walk through life carrying heavy, inexplicable burdens. They find themselves trapped in patterns of behavior, toxic relationships, or restrictive environments that make no logical sense in the present day.
This is the story of one such sister, a woman who, despite being married into a wealthy, respectable household and having all the material comforts of life, lived her days in a state of quiet captivity.
Searching desperately for answers to the disturbing patterns unfolding within her family, she approached Hitesh Chhabra, a Psychologist and Past Life Regression Expert, to explore whether Past Life Regression could offer a deeper understanding of what she was experiencing.
What unfolded during the session was far more complex than anyone might have anticipated.
The regression gradually revealed a web of past-life tragedy, intense emotional attachments, unresolved relationships, and a disturbing decision from her present life that appeared to connect with some of the suffering unfolding within her family today.
The Invisible Prison: A Life Bound Within Four Walls
When this sister first approached our team, she described a life of profound confinement.
She was a married woman, living in what society would call a “good home.” Yet, her daily existence resembled that of a closely guarded prisoner.
Her husband possessed a deeply controlling nature. He absolutely despised the idea of her stepping out of the house.
For him, crossing the threshold of their home’s doorway was an act of defiance, and he demanded that she remain strictly within the four walls of their residence.
Living under such constant, rigid restriction, the sister’s mind was consumed by severe stress and anxiety.
Desperate to find a sense of peace and mental relief, she turned to spiritual videos online. Eventually, she discovered a spiritual institution located near her house.
Seeking an escape from her emotional suffocation, she began slipping away in secret, hiding her movements from her husband, to practice meditation and yoga.
When Her Secret Visits Were Discovered
For a time, these secret visits brought her immense success in managing her stress.
But the fragile peace did not last.
When her husband discovered that she was leaving the house to practice meditation and connect with a spiritual group, his behavior escalated dramatically.
The home became a battleground.
He subjected her to intense verbal abuse, and as the sister recounted, this control sometimes crossed into physical violence.
He simply could not tolerate her stepping outside.
The Enemy Within: The Unbearable Pain of a Son's Hostility
If her marital struggles were her only burden, the sister believed she might have found a way to endure.
But the abuse in her household extended far beyond her husband.
The client was a mother of two children: an older daughter, with whom she shared a stable, positive relationship, and a teenage son, about sixteen or seventeen years old.
This son, however, seemed entirely bent on making her life a living hell.
He spent his days and nights completely absorbed in playing video games on his mobile phone.
Whenever the sister attempted to speak to him, guide him, or ask him to stop, he would lash out with extreme hostility, shouting vulgar verbal abuse at her.
For the sister, this was the deepest, most painful wound of all.
She could find a way to steel herself against her husband’s insults. But to hear vile words and face severe hostility from her own child, the very being she had carried in her womb and given birth to, was a pain she could not bear.
Why Was His Anger Reserved Only for His Mother?
The household dynamics were deeply fractured.
The son shared a similarly toxic and hostile relationship with his older sister. The two siblings could not stand each other.
Yet, strangely, the son never fought with his father.
All of his aggression, hatred, and disrespect were reserved solely for his mother.
To her, it felt as though an ancient enemy had taken birth inside her home, hiding under the guise of her own child.
The Brick Wall: The Legacy of Suspicion and Talent
Adding to the heavy atmosphere of the household was a bitter, long-standing conflict with her devrani, the wife of her husband’s younger brother.
The two women shared an intense mutual dislike that had existed from the very beginning.
Years prior, when the extended family lived together under one roof, a series of thefts occurred in the house.
During these incidents, our client’s gold jewelry was stolen.
In her heart, she was convinced that her devrani was the thief. Conversely, the devrani accused her of stealing her own gold.
This toxic cloud of mutual suspicion fractured the family.
The brothers and their wives grew so estranged that they eventually built a physical brick-and-stone wall right through the middle of their shared house, dividing it into two separate, adjacent residences.
Though they now lived on opposite sides of a physical barrier, the client explained that the real wall was the one built between their hearts, a cold, unbreakable distance.
But Why Had the Hatred Begun Even Before the Theft?
When asked why this hatred had sparked even before the theft, the sister pointed to a deep-seated disparity in their personalities and household roles.
When she had first married into the family, she was a deeply religious and gentle woman.
However, she was entirely unskilled in domestic chores such as cooking, sewing, knitting, and embroidery.
Her devrani, who married into the home later, was her polar opposite.
She was highly educated, worked an outside job, and possessed extraordinary talent in all household affairs, from cooking exquisite meals to mastering crafts.
She was highly intellectual and practical, but she had no interest in spirituality or religion.
Because of the client’s warm, conversational, and gentle nature, the extended family naturally favored her and gave her more importance and respect.
This favoritism deeply embittered the highly capable devrani.
She felt that despite her immense talent and hard work, she was denied the status and affection showered upon the spiritually inclined sister.
This resentment laid the groundwork for a lifetime of hostility.
Desperate to understand why her husband kept her in chains, why her son treated her like an enemy, and why her devrani harboured such deep-seated hatred, the sister sat down for a Past Life Regression session to uncover the roots of her suffering.
The Session Begins: When the Mind Refuses to Go Back
As the session began, the primary objective was to investigate the most painful issue: the abusive relationship with her teenage son.
Following standard regression protocols, Hitesh Chhabra attempted to guide the sister’s consciousness back to a past life where she shared an active karmic account with her son.
However, they immediately hit an unusual block.
No matter how many times she was prompted to travel back to a prior lifetime connected to her son, her mind firmly rejected the journey.
Instead of experiencing a past incarnation, she was repeatedly pulled back to scenes from her current life.
Specifically, she kept returning to memories of nineteen or twenty years ago, when she had first entered her husband’s household as a young bride.
Recognizing that her consciousness was blocking this specific path for the moment, the therapist adjusted the approach.
Rather than forcing the connection with the son, they decided to probe her past-life connection with her current husband to see what their history would reveal.
The Forgotten Queen: A Royal Encounter in the Palace of Whispers

Under deep relaxation, the sister’s consciousness finally broke through the barrier of time.
She did not find herself in a modest home, but inside a grand, magnificent royal palace.
As she was guided to identify her own form in this space, she looked down and saw that she was a woman.
She was dressed in luxurious, royal attire and wore heavy, ornate royal bangles on her wrists.
Though she was barefoot, the sheer elegance of her clothing made it immediately clear to her that she was the Maharani, the queen of this estate.
While she could not pinpoint the exact historical era or the geographic location of the kingdom, she observed the grand walls of the palace.
Hanging upon one of the walls, she spotted a large portrait depicting the Maharaja, the king, standing alongside his royal ancestors.
Looking at the painting, she felt an instant shock of recognition.
This king was her husband in that life, and they shared this grand palace together.
Where Was the Maharaja?
Desiring to explore further, she was prompted to call out to the palace staff.
In her mind’s eye, she called for a servant, and a few attendants quickly appeared and stood before her.
She asked them where the Maharaja was.
The servants looked at her and answered that the Maharaja was inside his private chambers.
They added that he spent almost all of his time locked away in his room, rarely ever stepping outside.
Hearing this, a deep sense of worry and anxiety began to flutter in her chest.
Driven by concern, she resolved to go to his chambers to find out what was troubling her king.
A Ghost in the Corridors: The Terrified King's Confession
With the therapist’s guidance, the sister navigated the palace corridors and entered the Maharaja’s private bedchamber.
There, she saw him sitting on his royal bed.
His entire posture radiated intense sorrow and grief.
Looking closely at his face, she could tell that he had been weeping bitterly for a very long time.
Deeply pained by his state, she stepped closer, hoping that talking to him might ease his heavy heart.
She approached him directly and called out, asking him to speak to her and share the cause of his profound grief.
But the Maharaja did not look up.
He gave absolutely no response, acting as if she were not even in the room.
Why Could He Not See His Own Queen?
Surprised by this complete lack of interaction, the therapist wondered if the king was consumed by state affairs, an impending military invasion, or severe financial debt.
He urged the sister to gather all her spiritual energy, shake the king, and call out to him with intense force to demand an answer.
Using all her strength, she cried out to him again.
This time, the Maharaja suddenly snapped up and looked directly at her face.
In an instant, his expression of quiet sorrow shattered, replaced by a look of sheer, unadulterated terror.
He was completely horrified to see her standing there.
“You shouldn’t be here!” the king gasped in fear. “How did you get in here?”
Confused and defensive, the queen replied, “What do you mean, how did I get here? I am your Maharani. Coming to your chamber is my right, and you cannot strip this right away from me!”
But the Maharaja, trembling, shook his head and insisted, “No, you do not understand. You really should not be here.”
She demanded an explanation.
The truth the king revealed was utterly chilling:
“You cannot be here,” he whispered, “because you died three years ago.”
The Queen Who Did Not Know She Was Dead

The sister looked down in shock.
As she observed the scene more closely, she realized that the Maharaja was actually clutching a painted portrait of her tightly against his chest.
He had been weeping and mourning over her memory, completely devastated by her loss.
He spoke to her with a mixture of overwhelming joy and profound sorrow:
“I cannot tell you how happy I am to see you, but your physical body was left behind long ago. I miss you so much, and I spend every moment of my days remembering the times we shared. But you have been gone for three years.”
In her regression, the sister struggled to accept this.
At the therapist’s prompting, she insisted to the king:
“How can I be dead? You are looking at me, you are talking to me. I am standing right here, alive!”
The Maharaja replied gently:
“Yes, I can see you and talk to you. The servants in this palace see you too. You appear to them in different corridors, and you are frequently seen wandering in the royal gardens where we used to spend our time together.”
“But your physical body is gone. Your soul has not achieved liberation, and you are still bound to this palace, wandering without knowing that your life ended years ago.”
The revelation struck her with immense force.
Her physical body had indeed perished, but her soul’s attachment to her husband and her home was so incredibly intense that she had remained in the palace as a wandering spirit.
She was entirely unaware that she had passed away, continuing her daily routines in the astral form.
The Complications of Birth and the Shadow of Envy
In most Past Life Regression sessions, a soul experiences their past life chronologically, viewing their birth, major life events, and finally their death.
However, in this sister’s unique session, the chronological flow was reversed.
She first encountered her existence as a disembodied spirit.
From there, she had to travel backward in time to uncover how she had died and what had transpired during her life.
The therapist guided her back to the moment her physical life ended.
The scene she witnessed was filled with immense physical pain and sorrow.
She saw herself lying on a childbed, gripped by severe labor pains.
Her pregnancy had suffered from extreme complications.
There was a massive, uncontrollable loss of blood.
Unable to survive the physical trauma of the delivery, she passed away right there on the birth bed.
When asked if she had given birth to a child before dying, she revealed a tragic detail:
“No. The baby in my womb died along with me.”
This painful realization brought back the full clarity of her death.
She understood that her intense attachment to her husband had anchored her spirit to the palace.
To trace the roots of this story further, the therapist guided her even deeper into the past, to the day of her royal wedding.
The Royal Wedding and an Unexpected Recognition
She saw a beautiful, traditional wedding mandap, where her marriage to the Maharaja was being solemnized with full religious rites, customs, and the blessings of the elders of both royal families.
Looking closely at the wedding guests, she began to recognize several souls.
She saw the soul of her current-life father standing in the mandap, along with other relatives who play active roles in her present life today.
But as she scanned the crowd, she spotted another familiar face.
It was a soul she had not even been asked to look for.
It was her devrani from her current life.
The therapist asked her what relationship she shared with this woman in that past royal life.
The sister replied that they had no family relation.
Rather, she was a princess from a neighboring kingdom who had been invited to the wedding as a close friend of the Maharaja.
A Princess Who Wanted to Be the Queen
As she observed the princess in the mandap, the sister’s intuitive perception sharpened.
“I can read her mind,” she explained.
She realized that this neighboring princess was deeply in love with the Maharaja and had desperately wanted to marry him herself.
However, because the Maharaja’s parents and her own parents shared a deep, lifelong friendship, the families had arranged the marriage between the Maharaja and her instead.
The princess had been forced to stand by and watch the man she loved marry another.
She harboured a silent, burning hatred for the new queen from day one.
The Poisoned Medicine: A Deadly Conspiracy Revealed
As the sister viewed the timeline of that past life moving forward, she discovered the dark truth behind her tragic death.
Approximately one or two years after the royal wedding, when she went into labor, the jealous princess saw her opportunity.
She managed to gain access to the delivery room where the queen was struggling through her complicated childbirth.
Under the guise of helping her and easing her agonizing labor pains, the princess offered her a herbal concoction, presenting it as a medicinal juri-booti or pill.
The therapist asked, “You were in intense labor pain. How can you be certain that she poisoned you?”
The sister described the memory with vivid clarity:
“She was right there in the room with me. The moment she administered that herb to me with her own hands, my body erupted in excruciating pain.”
“An immediate, massive haemorrhage began, and I felt my breath rapidly failing. I knew, in that very instant, that she had given me poison.”
The princess’s quiet, envious conspiracy had succeeded.
The queen and her unborn child perished, leaving the Maharaja devastated.
Years of Wandering Before Liberation

Following this revelation, the sister’s consciousness returned to her spirit state.
She explained that she had wandered the palace in her astral form for four or five years after her physical death.
Finally, a grand royal yagya, a sacred fire ritual, was performed in the palace.
As the prayers and rituals progressed, she felt a sudden surge of spiritual strength and energy.
This divine energy allowed her to finally break the earthly bonds of the palace, release her attachment, and ascend to the higher spiritual realms.
The Subsequent Birth and the Unresolved Loop
When the therapist probed her next incarnation, the sister did not see any other lives in between.
Her consciousness transitioned directly from the spirit world into her current childhood.
She saw her childhood home, her current parents, and herself as a young girl of six, seven, or eight years old.
This established a profound truth within the regression experience.
Her immediate past life was the one where she was a queen, and her husband in that royal life was the very same soul who is her husband in this current life.
Yet, despite recovering these incredible memories, the therapist felt that the session was incomplete.
The energetic loop was still wide open.
While she had uncovered the source of her husband’s presence and her devrani’s ancient connection, her most agonizing question remained entirely unanswered.
Seeking Answers From Her Spiritual Guide: The Son
Why did she have no past-life memories with him?
And why was he treating her like an absolute enemy in this life?
In Past Life Regression therapy, clients are guided to a high-vibrational spiritual space to meet their personal Spiritual Guide, a wise, protective entity whose role is to offer guidance and guard the soul.
Since her conscious mind could not locate her son in any past-life scenes, the therapist decided to guide her back to this sacred space to consult her Spiritual Guide directly.
The Dark Mirror of the Present: The Tragedy of a Counter-Spell
The sister visualized herself back in the spiritual realm, standing before her Spiritual Guide, who was sitting quietly on a bench.
She asked the Guide the burning question:
“I have seen my husband and my devrani in my past life. But what about my son? Why is he giving me so much grief in this life, and why can’t I find any past-life connection with him? What did I do to him?”
The Spiritual Guide looked at her and delivered a startling, unexpected revelation:
“My child,” the Guide spoke, “this soul who has entered your life as your son is not a debt from a previous lifetime.”
“His behavior toward you is the direct karmic consequence of a grave wrong action you committed in this very life.”
The sister was stunned.
“What did I do in this life to deserve this?” she asked.
In response, the Spiritual Guide unfolded a vision, forcing her to look back at the early years of her current marriage, nineteen to twenty years ago.
A Forgotten Decision From Her Current Life
The vision revealed a painful domestic reality.
When she had first entered her husband’s family as a young bride, her mother-in-law had troubled and harassed her deeply.
Young, stressed, and desperate, she had allowed her mind to be poisoned by others.
Someone had filled her ears with the suspicion that her mother-in-law was practicing black magic or negative occult rituals against her.
Falling under the influence of these fearful thoughts and the advice of a local priest, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
She was introduced to a practitioner of low-vibrational, negative energies.
Just as positive spiritual energies can be harnessed through meditation for peace and growth, there are lower, destructive forces that people sometimes use for harmful intentions.
Driven by fear and resentment, the sister had commissioned a prolonged, negative occult ritual, commonly known as black magic, directed entirely at her mother-in-law.
The Consequence Revealed by the Spiritual Guide
The spiritual vision showed the direct result of her actions.
Soon after she initiated these negative rituals, her mother-in-law’s health began to deteriorate rapidly.
Within a very short period of time, the mother-in-law passed away.
According to what emerged within the spiritual vision, because of the sister’s recourse to dark, manipulative spiritual practices, her mother-in-law had suffered immense physical distress and had been forced to leave her physical body prematurely.
The Spiritual Guide looked at her and revealed the final, shocking piece of the puzzle:
“The soul of your mother-in-law, who suffered and died because of your actions, has returned to you,” the Guide explained.
“She took birth from your own body, as your son, for the sole purpose of seeking retribution and tormenting you.”
Within the regression experience, this explained why her son treated her with such unyielding, instinctive hatred.
The soul of the mother-in-law was understood to be carrying the deep subconscious trauma of her painful death, manifesting in this life through the abusive and angry behavior of the teenager toward his mother.
Decoding the Husband’s Chains and the Devrani's Hatred
With the truth laid bare, the sister asked her Spiritual Guide about her husband.
In her past life, he had loved her so deeply that he spent years weeping over her portrait, refusing to ever marry again.
Why, then, did he keep her so tightly controlled and confined in this life?
Did she imprison him in a past life?
“No,” the Guide clarified. “You did not imprison him.”
“His behavior in this life is the result of the intense, unresolved grief of separation, known as bichhoh, that he suffered after your sudden death in that royal lifetime.”
The Maharaja had loved her with every fiber of his being.
When she was snatched away so suddenly, his soul was shattered.
He spent the remainder of his life in absolute agony, pining for her until his dying day.
The Fear of Losing Her Again
In this life, their deep love had granted them the opportunity to be reunited as husband and wife once again.
However, the husband’s soul carried a deep, unconscious scar, an intense, paralyzing fear of losing her a second time.
“Because he has already lost you once and suffered so deeply, his subconscious mind is terrified of a repeat,” the Guide explained.
“To ensure that you are safe, loyal, and will never leave him, his soul unconsciously pressures you to stay inside the house.”
“If he returns home and you are not there, it triggers the exact same agonizing pain of separation that he carried to his grave in his past life.”
Within the spiritual interpretation that emerged from the session, his overprotective, controlling, and sometimes abusive behavior was understood not as being driven by hatred, but by an unhealed and frantic subconscious urge to keep her within his sight.
And What About the Devrani?
The Guide also explained the roots of her current devrani’s hostility.
In that past life, the neighboring princess had remained deeply unhappy and bitter because the Maharaja had refused to marry her, choosing instead to grieve his deceased queen for the rest of his days.
The princess had carried that intense, unresolved resentment and hatred across the threshold of death, bringing it directly into this life as her devrani.
The ancient rivalry and envy had simply assumed a new form, manifesting as the bitter dispute over stolen gold and the physical wall dividing their homes.
The Path to Healing: Penance, Apologies, and the Shield of Light
Having revealed the energetic threads binding these four souls, the Spiritual Guide offered a practical spiritual path toward healing and resolution.
The Guide emphasized that the sister had to take active steps to clear the heavy karmic debt she had accumulated.
1. For Her Husband – The sister was advised to sit with her husband and speak to him with deep love, patience, and reassurance.
Understanding that his control was born of an ancient fear of losing her, she needed to reassure his soul that she was completely safe, loyal, and would never abandon him.
2. For Her Son – To heal the relationship with her son, she had to engage in intense, dedicated meditation and penance (tapasya) focused specifically on his soul.
She needed to offer sincere, heartfelt apologies (kshama) to the soul of her mother-in-law, asking for forgiveness for the suffering she had caused through her past dark practices.
She was instructed to consistently send him vibrations of peace, spiritual strength, and unconditional positive energy.
“Let him do what he does,” the Guide advised, “but do not react with anger.”
“Consistently send him love and light, and slowly, the retribution will dissolve.”
3. The Protective Shield of Light – To manage her immediate environment, the Guide instructed her to practice visualizing a spiritual protective shield, or suraksha kavach, around herself daily.
She was told to visualize divine, powerful energy flowing down from Paramatma Shiva, surrounding her in a bright, red-colored shield.
While her husband would not be able to physically see this red shield, his soul would immediately sense the shift in her energy.
The energy of the shield would project safety, peace, and unwavering loyalty.
As his subconscious mind slowly absorbed this feeling of security, realizing that she was safe and was not going to leave him, his compulsive need to track, monitor, and restrict her could gradually begin to reduce.
But Guidance Has to Become Practice
The remedies given during a session can sometimes sound simple when we hear them: forgive, meditate, remain peaceful, send positive vibrations, avoid reacting in anger, or practice a spiritual technique consistently.
But actually living these practices in everyday life can be very different.
When someone is dealing with difficult relationships, emotional pain, old resentment, fear, or repeated conflict, it may not always be easy to practice forgiveness or remain spiritually stable simply because the guidance has been understood intellectually.
A Past Life Regression session can provide insight and direction.
But the real transformation often depends on what a person continues to practice after the session.
This is why regular meditation, repeated spiritual practice, and continued guidance can become important.
Forgiveness, for example, is not always a single decision made once. Sometimes it becomes a gradual inner process.
In the same way, learning to remain peaceful around someone who triggers us, sending positive vibrations consistently, or strengthening our inner state through meditation can require patience and regular practice.
The purpose is not merely to understand what needs to change.
It is to gradually develop the inner strength required to actually make that change possible.
Learning Meditation for Continued Spiritual Practice
For those who would like support in developing these practices, our team also conducts a free meditation course.
The course is designed to help people learn meditation systematically and develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, inner state, forgiveness, spiritual stability, and connection with the Divine.

The meditation course is offered completely free of cost.
Our intention is to help people not only receive spiritual understanding, but also learn how to practice it consistently in their daily lives.
Awakening to Clarity
With these profound insights and clear guidance, the sister’s session drew to a close.
Hitesh Chhabra guided her back to full conscious awareness, and she woke up from the regression.
The sister did not return with merely an explanation of what she had experienced.
She returned with a different perspective on the relationships and circumstances that had been troubling her.
She now understood the spiritual connections that had emerged during the regression.
Her husband’s intense fear of losing her, the jealousy connected with her devrani, and the painful relationship with her son were all interpreted during the session in the light of experiences witnessed through the regression.
More importantly, the session gave her a direction for what she could do next.
The path ahead was not simply about knowing the past.
It was about working on the present through forgiveness, meditation, spiritual discipline, emotional awareness, and consistent inner transformation.
Because sometimes, a regression may reveal the story behind a pattern.
But healing begins with what we choose to practice after we understand it.
An Important Note for Readers
As a Psychologist and Past Life Regression Expert, I believe it is extremely important to distinguish between gaining a spiritual perspective on a difficult relationship and using that perspective to justify suffering in the present.
In this case, the regression offered the sister a possible spiritual understanding of why certain relationships in her life felt so intense, painful, and difficult to explain. However, such an understanding should never be interpreted to mean that abuse, violence, control, humiliation, or emotional harm must simply be tolerated because of a karmic connection.
Violence is violence. Abuse is abuse. And a spiritual explanation does not make harmful behavior acceptable.
Whatever may emerge during a Past Life Regression session, the realities of the present life must still be addressed in the present. Personal safety, dignity, healthy boundaries, and appropriate medical, psychological, professional, or legal support should always remain important.
Similarly, practices such as forgiveness, meditation, sending positive vibrations, or working on one’s own inner state should not mean becoming passive in the face of mistreatment.
Forgiveness can be an inner spiritual process. It does not require a person to remain in an unsafe situation, repeatedly accept abusive behavior, or abandon necessary boundaries.
Past Life Regression experiences are subjective and are shared here for spiritual reflection, personal understanding, and exploration of possible patterns. They should not be treated as proof that another person’s harmful actions are justified or that suffering must continue in order to settle a karmic account.
The purpose of understanding the past is to bring greater awareness to the present, not to become imprisoned by it.

Reflect, Understand & Take It Forward
Tap each question to reveal a deeper perspective from this story and its wider life lessons.
Why can a painful relationship sometimes feel much deeper than the present situation alone can explain?
In this case, the regression suggested that some present-day relationships may carry emotional impressions from experiences that appeared to extend beyond the current life. Whether understood spiritually or symbolically, the important lesson is that intense reactions can sometimes have deeper roots than the immediate situation. Understanding those roots may bring clarity, but the present relationship still needs to be handled with awareness, boundaries, and responsibility.
What did the husband’s behavior reveal about unresolved fear and attachment?
The session suggested that the husband’s controlling behavior was connected with an intense fear of losing his wife again after experiencing deep separation in the past-life narrative. The wider lesson is that unresolved fear can sometimes disguise itself as control, possessiveness, or overprotection. Understanding the fear behind a behavior may create compassion, but it does not make harmful behavior acceptable.
Can love itself become a source of suffering when attachment becomes too strong?
The queen’s attachment to her husband was shown as so intense that even after death, she remained emotionally bound to the palace and to him. The story therefore raises an important spiritual question: love can be beautiful, but attachment can become painful when peace depends entirely on another person or circumstance. Healthy love allows connection without losing inner freedom.
What did the relationship with the devrani teach about unresolved jealousy?
The regression portrayed jealousy and resentment as emotions that remained powerful across the story’s timelines. The wider lesson is that comparison, perceived unfairness, and unspoken resentment can quietly harden into long-term hostility. If jealousy is not understood and processed, it can damage relationships far beyond the original incident that triggered it.
Why was the son’s connection one of the most important revelations of the session?
Unlike the husband and devrani, the son was not initially found in the past-life scenes. According to the Spiritual Guide in the regression, his connection was linked instead to actions from the client’s present life. This became an important reminder that not every painful experience needs to be traced to a distant past. Sometimes the consequences of our present choices, reactions, and relationships may themselves require healing.
What does this story teach about reacting to fear with harmful actions?
The client believed that her mother-in-law was using negative practices against her, and fear eventually led her to take harmful spiritual action in return. The larger lesson is that fear can distort judgment. When we react from panic, anger, revenge, or suspicion, we may create consequences that become more damaging than the original problem. Fear needs clarity, not escalation.
Why is forgiveness described as a practice rather than a single decision?
The guidance given in the session involved meditation, apology, forgiveness, positive vibrations, and repeated inner work. This suggests that forgiveness may not always happen instantly. It can be a gradual process in which anger, hurt, and resentment are repeatedly worked through. Forgiveness is therefore less about saying one sentence and more about changing the quality of one’s inner response over time.
Does understanding someone’s deeper pain mean accepting their harmful behavior?
No. The session offered a possible spiritual explanation for the husband’s control and the son’s hostility, but understanding a possible cause is different from justifying the behavior. Compassion and boundaries can exist together. We can try to understand why someone is suffering while still protecting our dignity, safety, and emotional well-being.
Why was spiritual practice presented as necessary even after the regression had ended?
The session gave the client insight, but insight alone could not change her relationships. She was advised to continue meditation, forgiveness, emotional discipline, and spiritual practice. The wider lesson is that understanding a pattern may open the door, but consistent practice is what helps a person gradually transform how they think, react, and relate to others.
What is the deepest lesson of this Past Life Regression case?
The deepest lesson is that discovering a possible origin of suffering is not the end of healing. Whether the cause appears connected with the past, the present, attachment, fear, jealousy, or our own choices, the real work still happens now. Awareness may explain the pattern, but transformation begins when we consciously change what we practise in the present.
