Why Do You Feel Nauseous During Meditation?? — This Is Not Illness, This Is a Battle.

A sister wrote — "Brother, the moment the session begins, I start feeling nauseous. My stomach gets heavy. I just want to get up and leave."
Another wrote — "After the session my head was so heavy I couldn't work at all."
And one sister wrote — "Brother, during the activity to meet the spirit guide — the guide didn't come. But I saw a dark shadow below my waist. Something was there."
These are all different symptoms — but from one single cause. And once that cause is understood — neither the anxiety will remain, nor the desire to abandon the session.
First Understand — This Is Not Illness
When nausea, headache, or pressure in the throat is felt during meditation — the first reaction is to think perhaps one is unwell. But this is not physical illness.
It is a signal that in your aura — in your energy field — a force is sitting that does not want to leave. And when divine energy comes to remove it — it fights with everything it has.
And you feel that battle inside your body.
The Four Stages of Spirit Attachment — Where Are You?
No negative soul exerts its full influence all at once. It happens gradually — in four stages.
First stage — the soul comes and goes around you. It enters your home, takes some energy, and leaves. You may not even notice.
Second stage — now the soul becomes permanent. In some dark corner of the house, inside a closed cupboard, in a place that is less cleaned — it makes its base. The atmosphere of the home begins to feel heavy. Strange dreams come.
Third stage — this is the most significant. Now the soul attaches itself to your aura — to your ether element. Now it is with you. Everywhere, every moment.
And those who experience nausea, headache, and anxiety during meditation — they are mostly in this third stage.
Fourth stage — the most serious. The soul begins to control you completely. Such people never go near anything good — they flee from every sacred place, every session, every act of sadhana.
But — those who are seeking a way out, who are making the effort — they are not in the fourth stage. They are in the third stage. And from this, there is a way out.
Why the Nausea?? — This Is the Most Important Question
When divine energy arrives in a healing session — what does it do? It tries to push out that negative soul. Exactly as an illegal occupant is evicted from a home.
And when that soul feels it is being removed — it fights. It tries with everything it has to hold its place.
You feel that battle as nausea. The divine energy that has come inside — the negative force wants to expel it. And that is why the body experiences that turbulence.
This is not your weakness — this is that soul's panic. And this panic is proof that the energy is working.
The Headache and Its Meaning
When it is said during a healing session that "all bonds are being severed, the ether element is being cleansed" — the soul sitting there feels threatened.
What does it do? It reinforces the lock it had placed. The bonds that were previously loose — it tightens them.
And you feel that tightening as a headache. The head feels heavy.
This does not mean the session caused harm. It means that soul was rattled. It is fighting.
Throat Pressure and Hiccups — This Is the Signal of Past Vikarmas
A sister felt pressure in her throat during a session and got hiccups. This too is a different kind of signal.
Our body has seven chakras. Each chakra is connected to an element, and the impressions of wrongs committed against that element accumulate there.
The throat chakra — Vishuddhi Chakra — is connected to speech. If we ever caused someone deep pain through our words, spoke bitter or cutting things, or polluted the atmosphere with our speech — the impression of that vikarm settles in the throat chakra.
This may be from this life or from a previous one.
When divine energy begins to cleanse that chakra — whatever is accumulated there becomes activated. And the throat pressure and hiccups — that is its manifestation.
Why Does That Soul Want You to Quit the Session??
This is its cleverest move.
That soul knows — if this person keeps meditating, keeps attending healing sessions, keeps connecting with divine energy — then the time it has left here keeps shrinking.
So what does it do? It manipulates you yourself. It plants these thoughts in your mind — "This session doesn't suit me." "I'll do it later." "I'm not feeling well today." "Maybe this isn't for me."
And if you listened to that mind — it has won.
It works to disband the army you are summoning — by getting you yourself to shut the door to that army.
So What to Do Now?
First — stop panicking. This nausea, this headache, this heaviness — this is not weakness. This is proof that something was inside you and it is coming out.
Second — do not listen to the mind. When the mind says "not today" — understand that today is exactly when it must be done. Because that mind has been manipulated by that soul.
Third — discipline. Sit for half an hour to forty-five minutes every day. Remember God. Invite divine energy within you and resolve — "Whatever is inside me that is not mine — let it leave."
Fourth — do not depend entirely on someone else. Guided sessions help — but develop your own sadhana. Because ultimately this battle is yours. And you are the one who must win it.
Why Do You Feel Nauseous During Meditation?? — This Is Not Illness, This Is a Battle.
When nausea comes — keep sitting. When the head feels heavy — keep sitting. When the mind wants to flee — keep sitting.
Because what is fleeing — it is not you. It is that which does not want to leave you.
And the greater its panic — the more certain you can be that you are on the right path. The energy is working. Hold on a little longer.
