Can Seeking Forgiveness Also Ward Off Future Troubles?? — Yes, and Here Is the Way.

A sister asked a question — "Brother, does practising Kshama Yog also ward off troubles that are yet to come in the future? Or does it only resolve the situation that is in front of us right now?"

This question is very important. And its answer even more so.

Yes. Kshama Yog does ward off future troubles as well. But for that, Kshama Yog must be done in a way that most people do not do it.

First Understand — Why Does Trouble Come at All?

Whatever trouble comes into our life — it never comes suddenly. Its seed was sown long before.

When we caused pain to a soul — in some birth, in some circumstance — an account was created between that soul and us. That soul comes into our life to collect what it lost. Sometimes in the form of a person, sometimes in the form of an event.

The soul responsible for the trouble in front of us right now — it has arrived. But there are many other souls with whom our accounts are still pending. The circumstances haven't become favourable for them yet — but when they do, they will come too.

So if we only focus on resolving today's trouble — this cycle will never end. One leaves, another arrives. The second leaves, a third comes.

What Is Kshama Yog? — Seeking Forgiveness at the Soul Level

Kshama Yog means — at the level of the soul, seeking forgiveness from all those souls whom we have ever caused pain. Whether in this birth or in any previous birth.

In a state of meditation, you bring that soul to mind before you. And you say — "O pure soul, for whatever injustice I have done to you, for whatever harm I have caused — I am deeply ashamed. Please grant me the gift of forgiveness."

And what happens? That soul may not even be aware of it — but the anger within them, the resentment, begins to slowly diminish. Their intensity reduces. And they stop interfering in our life.

For some people this works very quickly — because the account was small. For others it takes time — because there are deep accounts stretching across many births.

But Seeking Forgiveness from One Soul at a Time Will Not Be Enough

Here is something that very few people know.

Our accounts are not just with two or four souls. In hundreds of births, who knows how many souls we may have caused pain to. How many people's wealth we may have destroyed. How many we may have disturbed. How much suffering we may have caused.

If we keep bringing one soul at a time before us and seeking forgiveness — an entire lifetime will not be enough.

That is why Kshama Yog must be done in "behad" — meaning beyond limits. Place the entire earth before you. Bring to mind all the souls living on it. And seek forgiveness from all of them at once. Send the power of God to all of them.

Kshama Yog in Behad — How to Do It

First, sit in a state of meditation. Gradually release the awareness of your body. Experience that you too are made of light.

Then visualise the entire earth before you as a sphere. And from God Shiva — in the form of Vaidyanath, the supreme healer — draw power. The power of peace, of love, of happiness, of strength.

First seek forgiveness from the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Say — "O elements, across all my journeys on this earth, I must have caused you harm at some point or another. Please grant me the gift of forgiveness." And from God, send them the power of peace.

Then bring to mind all the souls whose wealth you may have destroyed. Remember God in the form of Somnath — the bestower of abundance and prosperity. Visualise golden light raining down upon all those souls. Say — "May what was lost of yours through me be returned to you. May you be prosperous in your life."

Then those whom you caused pain — send them happiness. Those whom you disturbed — send them peace. Those whom you saddened — send them joy.

And finally — send this power to all the souls in the entire world. There are 9 billion souls. Peace, love, happiness, and prosperity for all.

When You Give in Behad — A Thousandfold Returns to You

Here is a wondrous law.

When you ask God for power for a thousand souls — that power first comes through you. And you send it forward. Meaning you yourself are bathed in that power first.

Suppose you resolved to repay the debt of 2,000 souls. You asked for 2,000 times the power from God. That power first came to you. Which means — you received 2,000 times the power.

And the hands that give — they are never empty. The more you give, the more comes. The greater the resolve with which you give, the greater the fruit.

This is the secret of purusharth (spiritual endeavour) in behad.

The Feeling of World Welfare — This Is Not Merely a Thought

"I am a world-benefactor soul" — this is not merely a beautiful thought. It is a powerful resolve that transforms your entire life.

When you live with this feeling — God remembers you. He begins to give you the power needed to serve. Opportunities that were not visible before — begin to appear. Paths that were closed — begin to open.

And the souls that were going to create disturbances in your life — they begin to move away on their own. Because you have already paid their debt.

So the Answer to the Question — Yes, 100% They Are Warded Off

When Kshama Yog is done in behad — when it is done not just to fix one's own trouble, but with the genuine feeling of welfare for all souls — future troubles are certainly warded off.

Because the souls who were going to come — their accounts have already been settled. They no longer have any basis to enter your life.

Can Seeking Forgiveness Also Ward Off Future Troubles?? — Yes, and Here Is the Way.

Do not think small. Seeking forgiveness only for one or two of your own problems is not enough. Think in behad. Think for all the souls on the entire earth.

The greater your resolve — the greater the power God will give. The greater the scale on which your accounts will be cleared.

And one day will come when life becomes streamlined. Troubles will not keep arriving one after another. Stability will come into life. Peace will come. Because those to whom you gave — they let go.

This is the true fruit of Kshama Yog.
