Past Life Regression
So What If You Have Committed Sins?

Once, someone asked me — "If you came to know that in a past life you committed a very grave sin… what would you do?"
I paused. Because the answer wasn't as simple as the question seemed.
Today, this same question is arising in the minds of thousands. People who explored their past lives—perhaps to understand why they carry so much suffering—returned with answers. But those answers became unbearable for them. They saw a version of themselves they never imagined could exist—cruelty, oppression, unforgivable actions.
And that's where the pain begins… the pain called guilt.
But pause for a moment. Take a deep breath. Ask yourself—did you look into your past life just to build a new prison for yourself? Earlier, you wondered, "Why does so much bad happen to me?" Now you've started believing, "I deserve this suffering." One chain broke… and you willingly put on another.
This is the mistake we make again and again.
There is no one in this world untouched by sin. Every soul, in some lifetime, has committed some wrongdoing. Even the greatest saints and enlightened beings have had darkness in their journeys. The one who understands this becomes free. But the one who, even after knowing this truth, tightens the bundle of guilt on their head—ends up creating a new hell for themselves.
God did not give us this life to merely suffer punishment.
Tell me—when a father assigns a task to his child, does he want the child to keep crying over past mistakes? Or does he want the child to rise, move forward, and create something beautiful with their own hands?
The Divine has made us the most capable beings on this Earth. We may not be able to fight lions or elephants, but we can protect them. That is the power of intelligence. And where there is such great power, there is equally great responsibility. Serving others is not our compulsion—it is our duty.
Now, a deeper truth.
Sometimes, we come carrying sins that cannot be forgiven. The souls we hurt may never forgive us. And that can break us. But understand this—forgiveness and debt are two different things. Whether someone forgives us or not is their choice. But repaying the debt is our responsibility—whether forgiveness comes or not.
The debts we carry are the very reasons those souls return into our lives again and again, bringing pain. This is not their cruelty—it is their right. And the day we repay our debt, they lose all reason to enter our lives.
Isn't this, in itself, a path to liberation?
And finally, the most important thing—
The present is a gift… that's why it is called "Present." Do not live in the past, nor drown in worries about the future. The moment you hold right now—use it to serve, to live truthfully. Instead of bringing tears to someone's eyes, light a lamp in them.
So what if you have sinned? Rise. Start again—here and now.
Because the past cannot be changed… but what you do today can shape the destiny of hundreds of lifetimes to come.
