Why Spiritual Videos Make Some People Feel Restless

A sister once sent a message saying:

"Brother, I really enjoy watching your videos. Your words touch my heart. But the moment your video starts, I begin to get a headache. I feel restless. Why does this happen?"

This question wasn't just from one person. There were two or three more similar messages. Some people feel nauseous, some feel dizzy, and some say that if they listen while lying down, their head starts spinning.

And on the other hand, there are hundreds of brothers and sisters who say that while listening to the videos, they fall into a deep sleep. They feel immense peace. They experience healing.

The same video. Peace for one person… restlessness for another. Why?

First understand this — these videos are not just videos.

When a spiritual speaker simply tells stories, they are only giving information. But when someone speaks while being immersed in meditation on the Divine, connected to Lord Shiva, allowing divine energy to flow through them — then they are not just sending words, they are sending vibrations.

Just as a lamp naturally spreads light without being invited to do so, similarly, when a spiritual practitioner speaks, a divine vibration also flows through their words. That vibration reaches the listeners.

And this very vibration heals some people… while making others uneasy.

Four levels of spirit influence — and where does your headache fit in?

According to spiritual science, the influence of a trapped spirit progresses through four stages.

First stage: The spirit comes repeatedly. It enters the house, comes near, then leaves. Like an unknown presence.

Second stage: The spirit starts staying in the house. It watches from a distance. The atmosphere of the home starts feeling heavy. Sleep gets disturbed. Strange dreams begin.

Third stage: The spirit attaches itself to your aura — your energy field. Fear, restlessness, crying without reason, headaches — these are considered signs of the third stage.

Fourth stage: The most serious stage. The spirit completely takes control over the person, making them speak or act against their own will.

The sister who feels restless while watching spiritual videos may possibly be in the third stage. According to this belief system, some spirit may be attached to her aura.

So why does restlessness happen while watching the videos?

When an energy that breaks bondage arrives, the force that is holding on becomes frightened.

Imagine a prisoner locked in jail. A guard comes and opens the lock. The prisoner doesn't sit quietly — they panic, struggle, shout, and try harder to hold on.

The same thing is said to happen when a spirit is attached to someone and an energy of liberation reaches that person. The spirit becomes disturbed. We experience that disturbance as headaches, restlessness, or anxiety.

This is not your weakness, according to this perspective. It is seen as proof that the energy is working.

Mahakal and Kaal Bhairav are not the same — they complement each other

Every spiritual practitioner is believed to have their own power, depending on the deity they have worshipped over lifetimes and the divine form their soul is connected with.

Someone connected to peaceful divine energy may calm listeners through their speech. Even the attached spirit may become peaceful — though not necessarily liberated.

But someone connected to the fierce energy of Mahakal Baba, whose role is believed to be liberation from the grip of death and time, may create agitation in the attached spirit through their words. The spirit becomes frightened because it senses that this energy could free the person from its hold.

That is why the same video gives healing to one person and restlessness to another. According to this belief, the energy is working on both — just in different ways.

So what should you do?

If you are among those who feel uneasy while watching spiritual videos, don't panic. According to this teaching, it is considered a sign — a warning that something attached to you needs to leave.

Wake up early in the morning. Bathe. Sit before your chosen deity. With a calm mind, practice removing negativity regularly for 21 days. A little every day. Be patient.

And if your restlessness increases while doing these practices, it is considered an even stronger sign. In that case, seek help from an experienced spiritual practitioner for Akashic reading and healing.

Final message

For those who feel uneasy while watching spiritual videos, it is important to understand this perspective.

Your headache or restlessness is not seen here as weakness. It is interpreted as the struggle of a trapped spirit that does not want to leave.

But eventually, it must leave — because bonds break when the energy is true.

And when that happens, one day you may watch the same video and say: "Brother, now I fall asleep while watching it. I feel such peace."
